Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026
In short
- Collectible art with games. A Stray is digital art with game features. It holds no stocks or crypto and is not a share in any company.
- Rewards come from fees, not from promises. Holder rewards, the Stash and prizes are paid from real protocol fees, so they grow with how much the protocol is used.
- You keep your keys. We never hold your NFTs, tokens or ETH. Every transaction is yours, and it is final once it is on chain.
- The contracts decide. If this website and the contracts on Robinhood Chain ever show something different, the contracts apply.
By using this website, the terminal or the Stray Society contracts, you accept these terms.
Who can take part
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live if that is higher. Take part only where NFTs, crypto tokens and games with prizes are allowed, and not if you are subject to sanctions. You look after the laws that apply to you, including taxes.
What a Stray is
A Stray is one of up to 1,888 NFTs on Robinhood Chain. Its artwork never changes. At the reveal it gets a lineup of 3 to 6 stocks or crypto coins whose prices it follows; it holds none of them and gives no right to them. Every resale on a marketplace pays a 10 % fee in ETH, which funds holder rewards, the Stash and the games. Sending a Stray straight to another wallet pauses its earnings until the new holder reactivates it. The Rulebook explains every rule and every number.
The games and $STRAY
Ticker Dash ranks lineups by real market prices, and the Daily Jackpot is drawn with on-chain randomness. Both follow rules written into the contracts, so nobody can change a result by hand. Entries, burns and rerolls are final.
$STRAY is the token of the games: it pays for activation, levels, rerolls and jackpot entries. It trades in its official pool with a small fee, and its price is set by the market.
The contracts
The contracts that hold money cannot be changed or paused. The game modules can be updated only through a public 24-hour delay on chain, so everyone sees a change a full day before it takes effect.
Your wallet
You confirm every transaction in your own wallet and pay its network fee. Your seed phrase is yours alone, and we will never ask for it. Official links are only the ones on this website and on our X account, @StraySocietyRH.
The art
Owning a Stray lets you show its artwork, use it as your profile picture and sell or give the NFT away. The copyright in the artwork, the name Stray Society and this website stays with Stray Society.
This website
The website and the terminal explain the project and make the contracts easy to use. They may change over time; the contracts run on their own either way. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Stray Society is not liable for losses from market prices, mistaken transactions, technical faults of the blockchain or of third-party services, or someone else gaining access to your wallet. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, is not affected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: write to us on X, @StraySocietyRH.
